Railway Recruitment Cell(RRC), Allahabad released a notification for the recruitment of 483 Ex-servicemen quota vacancies.Interested and Eligible candidates are requested to send their application on or before 08/07/2013 for recruitment.

Educational Qualification: Candidate should have minimum qualification of Matriculation or equivalent or higher qualification from a recognized university Board. The Ex-servicemen who have retired after putting in 15 years of service and has passed Army Class-I certificate or equivalent will be considered as eligible for recruitment.
Age Limit: Candidates age between 18 to 33 years for General, 18 to 36 years for OBC, 18 to 38 years for Schedule Caste/Tribe as on 01/07/2013 .Age relaxation for Ex-servicemen candidates is applicable.
Mode of Selection: The Recruitment shall be on the basis scrutiny of applications and the Ex-servicemen should be medically fit for job being considered for.The panel will be formed on the basis length of Military service rendered by the Applicant.
How to Apply: Interested and Eligible candidates are send their application in prescribed format along with self attested photocopies of Ex-servicemen ID Card,Discharge certificate, PPO,Army Class-I certificate one passport size photo affixed, two photo's attach to application in envelop superscribed with "Application for the Recruitment against Ex-servicemen quota" reach to The Assistant Personnel Officer,Railway Recruitment Cell, Balmiki Chauraha Nawab Yusuf Road, Allahabad-211001 by ordinary post or dropped in box kept in the office on or before 08/07/2013 for recruitment.
