Educational Qualification: Candidates must have passed MBA (HR/Finance), CA/ICWA/ Post Graduate degree/ SAS (commercial/civil), as per the post with relevant experience.

Age Limit: Candidates age  limit 40 years for manager, 45 years for Chief manager jobs.

Mode of Selection: Selection is on the basis of their performance in Interview.
