Gulbarga Electricity Supply Company Limited GESCOM released a notification for the recruitment of 235 Assistant Lineman jobs for the year 2014. - Electrician/Electronics/Electronic Mechanic : 147 posts
- Lineman Trade/ Electrician Trade: 88 posts
Educational Qualification: Candidates for ITI should have a pass certificate of 18/24 months courses in "Electrician/Electronics/Electronic Mechanic" trade from ITI recognized by the Government of Karnataka, for ITC Candidates should have a passed in 10th class and have a pass certificate of Three years "Lineman Trade/Electrician Trade".
Age Limit: Candidates age 35 years for General merit candidates, 38 years for Category IIA, IIB, IIIA, IIIB, 40 years for SC/ST and category -I candidates.
Mode of Selection: Selection is on the basis of merit based, shortlisted candidates called for Endurance Test in the ratio of 1:5.
Application Fee: Candidates have to pay the fees Rs. 400/- for General candidates and category-I, IIA, IIB, IIIA, IIIB , Rs.200/- for SC/ST candidates in the form of Offline or Net Banking/Credit card/ Debit cards.
