Educational Qualification: Candidates have passed diploma in civil engineering from recognized institute by the Odisha State Council of Technical Education & vocational training. 

Age Limit: Candidates age should be min age 21 years and max age 32 years. Age relaxation is applicable for reserved category candidates as per govt rules.

Selection Process: Selection is on the basis of their performance in objective type written examination.

Application Fee: Candidates have to pay the fees Rs.100/- for All SEBC and UR candidates as exam fee in the form of online or offline by using treasury portal or conventional mode. Fee exempted for SC/ST category candidates.
